At Magix Hands Massage Therapy, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To respect both your time and the therapist's schedule, the following cancellation policy applies.Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying appointments for other clients.
The full session fee will still apply regardless of the shortened treatment time.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the late cancellation fee.
Emergency Situations
Unexpected emergencies, severe illness, hazardous weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Magix Hands reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion.
