Zasady Anulowania<\/h1>\nAt Magix Hands Massage Therapy, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To respect both your time and the therapist's schedule, the following cancellation policy applies.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Appointment Cancellations<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least <\/span>24 hours' notice<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a <\/span>late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

No-Show Policy<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (\"no-shows\") may be charged <\/span>100% of the scheduled service cost<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.<\/span><\/p><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Late Arrivals<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying appointments for other clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

The full session fee will still apply regardless of the shortened treatment time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clients arriving more than <\/span>15 minutes late<\/span><\/strong> may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the late cancellation fee.<\/span><\/p><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Emergency Situations<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Unexpected emergencies, severe illness, hazardous weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Magix Hands reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
